Posted 5 months ago I'm looking at applying for Chula Vista PD, and I was wondering if any of ya'll worked there and could possibly tell me what you like and dislike about the department. I'm looking at several departments in San Diego County, but Chula Vista is at the top of my list. Any information that any of ya'll can provide would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

| Posted 4 months ago I retired from the CVPD. It is a progressive department in a law crime enviroment. I guess you know we have a brand new, state of the art building. Only agency in the county with its own jail. The community is very LE supportive. And the city is growing at a good pace with potential major facilities at its bayfront.. |
