Posted 6 months ago Time for some silliness, courtesy of SEO (HA! I BEAT YOU TO IT, KLAMM!) If you had a theme song(s) while you were on duty, what would it/they be? I don't mean all the time, just when you're doing something that gets your blood pumping. Examples would be pursuits (vehicle or foot), take downs, scraps, busts, etc. I know when it somes down to the nitty-gritty, the mind goes blank of all but training and the here-and-now, but there's gotta be times when a song comes to mind as you're on that pursuit or you're tasing that hippy. And PLEASE, don't say Bad Boys by Inner Circle, lol.

| Posted 6 months ago I knew you couldn't resist, Klamm, lmfao. I used to have "Bodies" by Drowning Pool float through my head, but with the majority of people I deal with these days being hippies, there's no longer a need to scrap. "Ladies & Gentlemen" by Saliva would be a choice of mine, lol. "Ridin' Dirty" often crosses my mind (or radio) while on vehicle patrol. We rarely get over 30mph and usually cruise around campus at about 15 mph, so the song fits :P

| Posted 6 months ago Oh most definetly the RODEO song!! You know the song.............. Oh it's 40 below and I don't give a F--K, gotta heater in the truck, and I'm off to the RODEO!! It works well for me from Dec. 1st to March 31 st up here where they tempretures DO go to -40!! It also makes a nice Christmas carol when you're battling your way through Walmart and every other shopping center dominated by bossy women and whining brats. I'm certainly glad you know the Chief of Police Sir!! At least you know somebody that can post your bail!!!! |
