It you plan to work WHILE using the medicinal marijuana then probaly not, but if you used it in the past as a medical reason then I do not see why not, just bring the doctors note! I do not care if you are from La-La Land where it is legal locally, it is still illegal by Federal Law. Also you seem to be disabled having to use that as an excuse to getting stoned. Now go away. |

| Posted 4 months ago I would highly doubt it. If you are using marijuana for a medical purpose, you are probably physically disabled and would not be able to perform the duties of a law enforcement officer. |
